Yoga for Wellness Classes

These sessions are designed for beginners and will focus on relaxation, calming the mind, self-care, self and body-awareness and mindfulness.

An experienced teacher will take the class through a series of movements, which can be adjusted to suit any level of ability or disability, and breathing techniques to help manage any anxiety or stress.

Open to 15 to 21-year-olds in Hillingdon who are struggling with stress, anxiety and/or depression

Please note:

  • Sessions will be held in Uxbridge and location details will be provided once sign up is complete.
  • Mats and equipment will be provided. Comfortable clothing is recommended.
