Hiring a theatre space - costs and how to book

Please note:
- All prices include VAT where applicable and rates are hourly, unless otherwise indicated.
- Hillingdon resident rates are applied where the hiring client's address is within the borough of Hillingdon.
- All hires are charged at the rates valid at the time the booking is made.
Hiring a venue
Before going ahead with a function, the announcement of a show or concert, or a room booking, venue hirers and producers are required to read the full terms and conditions, and pass them on to any relevant members of your group.

Important:
- By going ahead with a booking, you are accepting the terms and conditions and the cost of the venue hire.
- An event may be stopped without warning if the venue hirer is found to be in breach of these terms and conditions.

After your initial booking
At least 6 weeks before the function, venue hirers must supply full details of event plans, and copies of their risk assessment and public liability insurance.
