Join us for the opportunity to:

  • meet the managers
  • get involved.

This event is available to attend either in person or online, and will be co-chaired by residents and council staff.

Surgery style sessions will be available with the following housing services:

  • complaints
  • neighbourhood management (anti-social behaviour)
  • tenancy Management
  • repairs
  • caretaking
  • grounds maintenance
  • planned work and maintenance (which includes electric, gas, boilers, fire safety, upgrades to kitchens, bathrooms and other planned improvement works, e.g. windows, doors, roofs etc)
  • customer engagement and resident involvement
  • leaseholders
  • rent and charges
  • welfare reform tenancy support
  • support with accessing My Account

If you are unable to attend in person, you can join us online and we will also offer 1 to 1 online sessions for the services listed above.
