This event has been rescheduled from Friday 26 September 2025 to Thursday 29 January 2026 and we apologise for any inconvenience caused.
The resident-led conference planning team requested this change in date because they want to ensure that the event truly reflects residents' ideas, leadership and priorities and we have agreed that a bit more time will allow the planning team to deliver a stronger, more cohesive, resident-led conference.

This event is available to attend either in person or online, and will be co-chaired by residents and council staff.

Surgery style sessions will be available with the following housing services:
- complaints
- neighbourhood management (anti-social behaviour)
- tenancy Management
- repairs
- caretaking
- grounds maintenance
- planned work and maintenance (which includes electric, gas, boilers, fire safety, upgrades to kitchens, bathrooms and other planned improvement works, e.g. windows, doors, roofs etc)
- customer engagement and resident involvement
- leaseholders
- rent and charges
- welfare reform tenancy support
- support with accessing My Account
If you are unable to attend in person, you can join us online and we will also offer 1 to 1 online sessions for the services listed above.
