Join us at Uxbridge Adult Education Centre for our careers fair and take the next step in your career journey.

Throughout the day

  • Meet with our subject specialists for information, advice and guidance on careers in childcare,  health and social care, and other areas.
  • Get information and advice from our council teams (Childminding and Recycling) and from a number of our partner organisations (Twining Enterprise, Engage Education Services, National Careers Service, GRoW: supporting women into work, West London NHS Trust, Job Centre Plus, Healthwatch Hillingdon and COVE Mental Health CafĂ© team) - learn more about these organisations.
  • Join 1 or more workshops (either in-person, online or both) - booking is essential.
  • Complete a skills assessment (no booking required).

Want help with CVs, job search and interviews?

Between midday and 7pm, the National Careers Service will be offering one-to-one appointments with their advisers. To book, call 01895 556455.

Workshops

We'll be holding a number of 1-hour workshops, covering various careers subjects and opportunities.

Some will be held in-person at the event venue (Uxbridge Adult Education Centre) and some will be held online, so you can join remotely.

Take your pick and complete our online form to book your place - you can register for as many sessions as you like.
