We are inviting residents and stakeholders to share their views on the proposed boroughwide additional HMO licensing scheme.

The event can be attended in person or online. Online invites will be emailed to those who register closer to the day of the event.
We are considering introducing a boroughwide additional HMO licensing scheme aimed at improving housing conditions and management standards in smaller HMOs - specifically those occupied by 3 or 4 unrelated individuals sharing facilities.
