This walk travels along the Hillingdon Trail, through woods where you can spot wildlife, such as woodpeckers, some rare butterflies (purple hairstreak) and dragonflies. The walk is a medium paced walk, on uneven ground, with some slopes and stiles.
During autumn and winter, this route can be very muddy.
- Distance: 3.5 to 4 miles
- Grade 4 walk: For people with a good level of fitness
- Meeting point: Charville Library (car park), Bury Avenue, Hayes, UB4 8LF

- Walks will start promptly at the published start time.
- Please arrive 10 minutes before the start time for registration.

- Suitable footwear should be worn for off-road walking.
- Dogs (except guide or assistance dogs) are not allowed.
- Walkers under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
