David Kemp Productions Ltd has been producing the pantomimes at the Compass Theatre since 2010.

Since 2011, Hillingdon Council has co-produced these pantomimes and supported David Kemp Productions to do more shows for families in Hillingdon.

performing arts classes at the Compass Theatre
- Compass Tots (3 to 4-year-olds)
- Compass Kidz (5 to 12-year-olds)
- Compass Teenz (13-year-olds and over)
- LAMDA Musical Theatre exams
- The Stage is Yours (summer holiday musical theatre workshops) for 4 to 16-year-olds
