Whether you're new to technology or just need a bit of guidance, our free and friendly support sessions below can help you get started with smartphones, tablets, email, and online services.

If you're looking for something more advanced, we also offer Digital Skills and IT courses at our adult learning centres to help you gain the skills, confidence and knowledge to digitally manage your everyday life, enhance your CV or embark on a new career in a growing industry.
