Developing housing service standards
We would like residents to work together with service managers to develop service standards that align with the Regulatory Standards for landlords ensuring effective and compliant service delivery.
To promote transparency, influence and accountability, these events also give tenants and leaseholders the opportunity to meet with managers from across housing services to ask questions and engage directly.
Please see the timetable of sessions below. Residents can book on more than one workshop.
