Falls Prevention Workshop

Open to adults (18+)

Held at the Council Chambers, Civic Centre, High Street, Uxbridge, UB8 1UW. The sessions are free and aim to:

• help reduce the risk of falling through identifying the risks that could affect you.
• share actions that you can take to reduce these risks.
