Online theatres booking help
Hillingdon Theatres Box Office offers online ticket booking.
Here are some helpful tips when booking tickets through the Hillingdon Box Office.
Setting up an account
On your first online booking, you will be asked to set up an account.
This is so we can contact you if/when an event is cancelled. It also allows you to book in the future without having to add all your details again.
Selecting your seat(s)
- Select the picture of the auditorium to go through to the seat map.
- Select the seat(s) you would like. Green dots are available seats; grey dots are unavailable and the purple dots are the seats you have selected.
Please note: The system won't allow you to leave single seats empty. - Once a seat is selected, to change the ticket from full price to a concession rate (if applicable and available) select the pencil icon and choose between the different concession options available, eg under-16s, students, family 1 of 4, over-60s.
Delivery method
The delivery method determines how you will get your tickets.
The delivery method default is set to Print@Home.
If you don't want (or are unable) to print your tickets at home, you can change delivery to collection (from Hillingdon Box Office) or save the tickets on your mobile device, which you can then show on entry on the day.
Confirmation and receipt
Once your booking has completed, a confirmation email will automatically be sent to the email address you provided when you set up your details. This is your receipt.
Timed out bookings
Transactions are limited to 15 minutes.
If your transaction has timed out, your booking will not have completed successfully.
If you're unsure whether your booking has gone through, ask the box office to check for you.
Please note:
- If you make several unsuccessful attempts to book tickets, only those that result in a confirmation email will have been completed and charged for.
- Your debit/credit card provider may hold back funds for each unsuccessful attempt from your available balance, until their system is satisfied the transaction failed. This can take 24 to 48 hours from the attempted transaction, depending on the card provider.
Important: Please check your booking carefully before completing the transaction, as refunds are not possible.
