Know Your Numbers Week raises the importance of knowing your blood pressure numbers.

When you have your blood pressure checked, you are given 2 numbers.

By knowing and understanding your numbers, you can take steps to look after your blood pressure and lead a long and healthy life.

If you're over 40 and can't make our event, contact your local pharmacy for advice, support and have your blood pressure checked for free.
