A new generation of authors are asking searching questions about love in their novels, writing about modern relationships in fresh and surprising ways, while always finding time for a good joke!

Join us at Uxbridge Library to meet 3 of the most talked about contemporary authors of recent years, who are all breathing new life into a well-loved genre.

Laura Kay, Lily Lindon and Radhika Sanghani will share the secrets of their brand-new books, which all follow young women with big decisions to make about life and love. They'll also talk about their experiences in the world of publishing and answer your questions.

All 3 authors' books will be on sale on the night.

Laura Kay is the author of 'The Split' ('A hilarious tale of friendship and community' - The Sun). Her new novel 'Tell Me Everything' follows Natasha, a therapist with a torrid personal life, who's forced to make big decisions when a new woman walks into her world.

In Lily Lindon's debut novel 'Double Booked' ('A must-read debut about what it takes to come out' - Red) 26-year-old Georgina must lead a double life when she begins to confront the fact that she might be bisexual.

Radhika Sanghani is already an acclaimed author of books for teenagers. Her debut novel for adults 'Thirty Things I Love About Myself' ('A perfect read' - Red) follows Nina as she faces-up to turning 30 and seeks out self-discovery in helpful and not-so-helpful ways...
